Hifly puts no restriction on using the songs you create, for personal or commercial purposes. However, the copyright status of AI-generated content varies legally from country to country · Hifly does not guarantee that an exclusive copyright will arise. Hifly does not restrict you from using the generated music on streaming platforms, YouTube, podcasts or advertising. Just note: the copyright framework for AI music is still forming across the industry, and in some jurisdictions content created solely by AI may not receive copyright protection · we also recommend reviewing each platform's own rules. Shaping the lyrics and arrangement with your own contribution strengthens your legal position.

Studio ($24.99/mo): 5 Studio engine generations a day, 15 classic generations, 5 revisions per song and exclusive styles that unlock only in Studio. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal, but once the digital content is consumed (that is, when you generate your first song) that right ends. If you haven't generated anything, you can request a refund within 14 days from the start of the subscription. Detail: Distance Sales Agreement.

On the free plan you get 5 generations each month and they renew at the start of the month · it's not a time-limited trial, you can stay as long as you like. When the quota runs out, the generator takes you to the plans page. No credit card needed; no automatic charges. For more, you can upgrade to Pro.

The number of revisions depends on the plan: on the Free plan you get 1 per song, on Pro 3, on Studio 5. You can send a revision to any generated song with one click from the detail panel; extend is available on classic generations (Pro and above). Extend for Studio engine songs is coming soon.
